Pastor Wale Odufuye
Senior Pastor
Pastor Wale Odufuye is the pastor of Cornerstone Church, Austin, TX, a parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God. He loves to teach the undiluted word of God and he is passionate for lost souls. He constantly challenges believers to live a life of holiness and to live out the God given potentials in them. As he commonly says, “God is your source!”
Pastor Wale's vision for Cornerstone is for the church to disciple the members/believers to live victorious life, impact their sphere of influence for the Kingdom of God, and be role model in community development. He is a big advocate of restoring relationships, and he believes that it is only through the love of God, by the death of Christ on the cross, that anyone can experience true Restoration, and Hope for the present and eternity.
He studied Architecture and Civil Engineering and currently practices as a Consulting Engineer. Pastor Wale and his wife, Pastor Comfort have been married since November 1995 and are blessed with two precious children.
Pastor Comfort Yetunde Odufuye
Co-Pastor
Pastor Comfort Yetunde Odufuye is the Co–Pastor at RCCG Cornerstone Church, Austin, TX. She is a pharmacist by profession.
Comfort's heart is with the weary and down trodden (spiritually, emotionally and physically) especially among ladies. A bruised reed she will not break and smoking flax she will not quench. Comfort's background in cross cultural missions has given her global mindset while working locally within the church and outside, teaching and pointing children and ladies to Jesus and the power of His word for victorious and fulfilling life in Christ Jesus.
